We’re upgrading our app on 18 April 2026 for improved performance and security. Please update to the latest version 1.0.8 to continue using the GlobeSend app. 

 

  1. Why do I need to update the GlobeSend app? 

    We’re upgrading our app to enhance security, improve performance, and provide a smoother experience. This update includes important fixes and improvements to ensure your transactions are processed safely and reliably. 

     
  2. What happens if I do not update the GlobeSend app to the new version? 

    From 19 April, older versions of the app will no longer be supported. You will need to update to the latest version to continue logging in from your mobile.

     
  3. Do I need to update anything if I log in from the web? 

    To log in from the web, you will need to update the app. This update is necessary to refresh your mobile token, which then allows for successful 2FA login via the prompt on your mobile device.

     
  4. How do I update my GlobeSend app?
     

    You can update your app in a few simple steps: 

    - Go to the App Store or Google Play Store 
    - Search for our app 
    - Tap Update. The update will only take a few minutes.

     
  5. Why can’t I continue to use the older version? 

    Updating ensures your account remains protected and that all features work smoothly without disruptions.
